Featuring the groundbreaking works of Florine Stettheimer, Umberto Boccioni, Piet Mondrian, and George Bellows - Each of these artists brought a unique perspective to modern art, leaving an indelible mark on the visual landscape we know today. Our Holiday ’24 collection embodies this spirit of innovation and transformation, seamlessly blending color, exploring movement, and evoking emotion to create a dynamic, forward-thinking collection that reflects the boldness and vision of the artists themselves.

Fall ‘24 / Department of Drawings & Prints

This Fall season, design features draw inspiration from a 19th-century Alsatian drawing, originally meant for cotton printing, which we transformed into low-gauge cotton embroidery adorned with metal studs. For the first time, we incorporated a MET reference through a mixed media approach, successfully engaging our younger audience with the works of MET artists. Additionally, this collection showcases the renowned Divina proportione woodcut artwork, paying tribute to the museum's historical logo. The color palette introduces new shades such as Plum and Gunmetal, complementing the indigo, black, and cream tones. New materials utilized include fuzzy acrylic, cable knit, boucle knit, and heavyweight faux leather, along with a custom metal punchout logo zipper pull.

Summer ‘24 / Studies for the Libyan Sibyl

Earthy hues in t-shirts, fleece, camp shirts, and swim shorts convey a welcoming narrative for the summer season. Incorporating designs from the museum's Drawings & Prints collection, these elements are expressed through all-over prints, screen printing, and puff techniques. Paneled mesh shorts and pocketed dress pants pull the collection together for an elevated, yet easy summer wardrobe.
